Refund Policy
This Policy regulates the terms of the refund in case of the provision of services by the company of the sole proprietor Malyar Violetta Yurievna founder of Safeline.
1. General provisions
1.1. Payment for services is considered confirmation of the Customer's agreement with the terms of this Policy.1.2. All payments are made in accordance with the terms of the concluded contract.
2. Refund conditions
2.1. Refunds are possible in cases of:
- if the service was not actually provided;
- if there was a technical error during payment (double write-off, etc.) .2.2. Refunds are not made in cases where the service has already been provided in accordance with the terms of the contract.
3. Return procedure
3.1. To initiate a return, you must contact the following e-mail: safelineuastaffing@gmail.comby adding supporting documents (check, bank statement, etc.) .3.2. Consideration of the application is carried out within 10 (ten) working days.3.3. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
