This document sets out the Terms of use of the website of the Safeline recruitment agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned and managed by the sole proprietor Malyar Violetta Yurievna (Ukraine, Kyiv). Odessa) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By using the Site, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms, understand their content and agree to abide by them. In case of disagreement with the Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
1. Terms and definitions
- User is any natural or legal person who visits the Site or sends data through its functionality.
- Content — all text, graphic, photo, video and other materials posted on the Site.
- Information provided means any data, documents or materials that the User submits through contact forms, including a resume.

3. Rights and Obligations of Users

- to attempt unauthorized access to the Site;
- distribute malware, spam or false information through the Site.
4th. Intellectual property rights
4.1. All rights to the Content belong to the Company or to third parties who have granted permission to use it.4.2. Use of the materials of the Site without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
5. Presentation of information by Users
5.1. The User guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.5.2. The information received through the Site (including the resume) is processed by the Company solely for the purpose of carrying out recruitment activities in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the Site or the inability to use it.6.2. The Company does not guarantee the smooth operation of the Site or the absence of technical failures.
7. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement — in the courts of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation.
