Safeline (Private entrepreneur Malyar Violetta Yurievna) provides recruitment services in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and on the basis of this document.
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the procedure of cooperation between Safeline (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) and the Customer/Candidate (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”) .1.2. The Customer agrees to these Terms when concluding a contract and using the Agency's services.
2. Services
2.1. The Agency carries out the search, selection and presentation of candidates for the Customer.2.2. Services can be provided in the areas of: top management, IT, iGaming, marketing, medicine, financial sector and others.
3. Procedure for cooperation
3.1. Cooperation is formalized by concluding an agreement between the Agency and the Customer.3.2. The customer makes an advance payment (advance payment) in the amount of 10 000 UAH.3.3. Final payment is made on the 5th day of work of the candidate in the Customer's company.
4th. Warranty conditions
4.1. The agency provides a guarantee period for the replacement of the candidate:
- up to 3 months for top management,
- 1 month for other categories of staff.4.2. In case of dismissal of the candidate during the warranty period, the Agency shall provide a replacement free of charge.
5. Responsibility of the parties
5.1. The Agency does not guarantee that the candidate will remain with the company after the end of the warranty period.5.2. The customer is obliged to ensure proper working conditions for the candidate.5.3. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the Party shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. All information obtained as part of the cooperation is confidential and is not subject to disclosure to third parties without the written consent of the other Party.
7. Final provisions
7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement — in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.7.2. The current version of the Terms is available on the Agency's website.
