My name is Violetta, founder of the Safeline recruitment company. I have been working in HR for over 7 years – from recruiter to HR Director, building teams from scratch and helping businesses grow by finding the right people.
My work is not just a profession, but part of my worldview. Safeline is built on quality, empathy, and depth.
I don't want to select people “by template” or just by their resumes. Recruiting is about a real connection, when the manager says, “This is the right person,” and the candidate feels, “I feel comfortable here.” Sometimes I take on complex C-level positions to stay “in the field” and remain sensitive to the process.
I believe in accuracy, partnership, and that every filled vacancy is the beginning of a new story. We are here to be there when it really matters.
