What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a sales growth strategy in Ukraine
• Build relationships with key CRE players (owners, asset managers, property management companies)
• Create win-win solutions — from presentation to contract
• Collaborate with teams from Poland and Ukraine (marketing, implementation, service)

What’s Needed

• 5+ years in B2B sales o business development
• Deep understanding of the CRE market; existing contact network — a plus
• Experience with tech solutions (PropTech/FM/PM) — an advantage
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English; Polish — desirable
