Position for a top manager with hybrid expertise: development of new directions of e-commerce, introduction of the company into the B2B segment, analysis of investment opportunities.

Challenge
For the first time, the company opened a similar position — not a classic CEO, but with the right to launch new units and test markets.
What we did
- Identified 3 key types of candidates: ex-Marketplace Product Head, Ex-CMO of Retail, B2B e-com Director
- Created a map of relevant companies and personally contacted 30+ candidates
- In the final they made a “pitch session” for 3 candidates in front of CEO Rozetka
- Convinced the best candidate, even if he had an offer from a Polish e-com startup (because of vision, scale, speed of decision making)
